What Our Drivers Say About PTS Worldwide

Our drivers love what they do – Look for yourself.

Driving for over 15 years I have seen my share of broken promises. PTS is the first company that I can say give you what you deserve. My wife and I started driving together when our kids moved out. Knowing that PTS is behind us really helps us to know that once the time comes to retire we will be able to do so comfortably. Wish we would have found them sooner!

After 20 years of having a truck driving job my wife decided she wanted to be a truck driver too. So instead of us both getting separate truck driving jobs we decided to buy a truck and become owner operators. My wife always wanted me to have a truck driving job over the road so she could go with me and see the country. So when she decided to get a truck driving job I jumped at the chance to be an owner operator. So we both quit our truck driving jobs and headed out to be truck drivers over the road as owner operators. We learned quickly that not all companies treat owner operators the same. Most still look at you as if this is just another truck driving job. We went through a couple of truck driving jobs as owner operators but then we found PTS and the truck driving job attitude changed. At PTS owner operators are not treated like just another truck driver. They make sure that you don’t feel like you are working the same old truck driving job. Owner operators are sent over the road, no more short little truck driving jobs. We love being owner operators for PTS. This is the type of truck driving job my wife always dreamed of, out over the road, driving our truck and loving our new truck driving job. We have never been happier to have this wonderful truck driving job with PTS.

Robyn and I have been teaming (Company) for PTS Worldwide for more than three years now. We love driving for a small company run by all women. They are meticulous to detail. They do not rush us and let us plan our own route. If we have a problem, they address it promptly.
Someone always answers the phone and knows that it is us calling. The pay is great. They under advertise their pay rate. We have a base amount plus extra amounts for safety and reliability. There are bonuses included too. Health insurance has a very low co-pay for health, vision, and dental.
We have a new truck too! Overall, we are financially better off than when we drove our own truck but if you still enjoy being an owner-operator they have room for you too. Throughout this pandemic, we have been lucky to have stayed busy with no slowdown. The company gets us home on time with extra days for year-end holidays. There is so much more. Just give PTS a call and let them explain.
Safe travels!

I am currently employed by PTS Worldwide. I am coming up on my thirty days so yeah brand new and lots to learn, but that’s a good thing.

What makes me stay is I like constant communication and the pay is good and the staff are very good with that at PTS. I like to travel and see different place every day, and get paid while doing it.

My previous job just doesn’t compare to this one because the money is better, the communication is way better and it’s something new every day plus the benefits are great as well.

PTS is a professional and friendly place of business and good people to work for.

What motivates me every day to or excites me about working at PTS is you always know where you are you have structure and something to do that keeps the wheels turning and the moneys earning. There is a constant move and when you call dispatch or HQ they answer and no being put on hold.

My experience so far is great, yes getting in can take some time but it is worth it, just remember it’s not Walmart your applying for it’s a professional and serious yet fun place to work for and with every delivery you successfully make you are providing a service for the country we call home. PTS is not an okedoke job it’s a career. Not for everyone but it you apply stick it out it’s work it.

I have worked with PTS since January of 2018 and haven’t looked back since. Working here is rewarding in many different ways.

The most important way, to most drivers, is compensation. PTS has the most competitive pay package, I have ever witnessed, for their company drivers. The minimum of 4k miles a week, to a team truck, lets me know I am going to make at least that much every week. The bonus program is reachable, unlike most companies.

The working environment at PTS is also very rewarding. The office personnel takes care of the drivers better than any company I have worked for. They are both supportive in your working life and personal life. The working life is what you’re signing up for. If you have a mechanical issue they will make sure you are taken care of. They won’t go home and leave you to wolves. if you do call the after-hours line they will happily help you then and make sure you’re back on the road quickly. If you chose to make friends with some of the office staff they are good friends to have. Some of the best support and encouragement, I have received since 2018, has come from those friendships.

They have adjusted home time in order to give their drivers move time with their families. If you want more home time you have that option. if you are like me and want to stay out as much as possible you can do that too. Just remember the more miles you drive the more money you make.

I served in the USAF and the NARNG. I always felt that I could have done more for my country. Due to both physical and personal reasons, I had to leave the service honorably. This job allows me to continue serving my country in a much-needed and necessary way. The freight is no touch and the people are so much better to work with than most retail personnel. The personnel you are working with are also serving their country and the like-minded work well together. With that being said, are there frustrating times at PTS? Sure there are, in any company that you will ever work in, there will be. The difference here is that it happens once a month or once a quarter not daily like most drivers are used to.

Are there higher compensating jobs out there? Sure but life isn’t all about money. Life is about balance. I have found that balance here. The least amount of stress with really good pay, what more could you ask for and actually get?

Not only have I found a career here, at PTS, I have also found a purpose. We are the Ones that know the 1s.
